I am a sch-A PT/India. PD Current for SCH-A This is my case status for green card at VSC
EAD/I-130/I-140/I-485 RD Nov 29 2004
EAD/AP Approved Dec 5th 2004
I-140 RFE March 12 2005
RFE Responded I-140 Approved May 4th 2005 under EB-2 as i have adv masters degree
FP done Apr 9th 2005
FP results cleared on Apr 18th 2005
I-485 LUD on Apr 20 saying results of FP received processing resumed on your case
Again I-485 LUD on June 16th 2005 saying the same message
Used AC21 applied I-140 under the new company, I-140 approved on Jan 24 2006.
I-140 LUD on 02/19/2006, saying case approved on Jan 24 2006
Still I-485 i pending
called VSC 3 times 2times they replied the Name/sec check is over, called the 3rd time last week one officer told that FP is different and security check is different, so we are waiting for the background check...
Right now i am confused and frustrated how come i get different answers different time, people who have applied after me got their GC. Why is this happening llkethis, I have another friend of mine who is also a PT under the same boat , but his online message says waiting for the FP results, but mine says received FP processing resumed on your case. Is there any action i have to do through my lawyer or call the VSC every week and ask about my case, what should I do. Is there any possibility that they might have considered mine as EB-2 and kept my file for PD, as my I-140 is app under EB-2 category as i have adv masters deg in PT. Kindly help me i need ur guidance to take a fast action
