I got a traffic ticket 4 years ago and I had 3 options: 1.-Pay the ticket, 2.-Take the driver\'s improving school and pay a lower fine, 3.- Go to court to contest the ticket.
I decided to take the Driver\'s Improving School becuase I was told "Adjudication shall be withheld and no points shall be assesed to your driver\'s license". Also I was told it was a "Non-Criminal Traffic Infraction not requiring a court appearance".
1.- Cand this one be a problem to get the US Citizenship?
Due I did not go to court, I assume I was not convicted or charged
2.-How do you think I should answer questions 15 to 20 under Section D Good Moral Character? All of them Yes?
