i am in H4 visa in new jersey . i have applied for jobs . But i get reject that they cant sponser me for h1b. Can u suggest what is the other option for me to do in H4 visa.

H4 holders are not allowed to work in US. Inviting risk by yourself. Only option is switch to H1B by finding a sponsoring company.
