Job Zones

Hi,

I have the following qualifications:
- BA in Economics
- MBA
- 5 years of work experience in Finance

My position is Director of Pricing and this position does NOT require a Master's degree in my company (even though I have one). In other words, it's not a requirement in the job description.

Can I still file for EB2 (Green Card for individuals with advance degrees) since I have a BA with 5 years of experience?

Also, how can I find out the OES JobZone level and SVP level of my Position? I want to learn if I qualify for EB2.

You dont qualify for EB2 or EB3 position based on your education and work experience. What is important would be the actual job requirements defined by DOL. Dont worry about job zone and svp levels. Fax in your prevailing wage requirement to respective state where you would potentially be employed. They would provide you job zone level and actual prevailing wages for that occupation
