Hello, there, I have a question. My company will transfer me to Florida next month. I currently work at Boston, MA area. My 485 was filed in March, 2001. I got my I-140 and LC approved in the same area of my 485 application. I wonder how the job transfer will affect my 485. Please share your experience. I\'m facing a tough decision, I can choose to be transferred or to be laid off. If I get laid-off, I will try to use 180 days rule to continue my AC process. I\'m trying to figure out which way would affect my 485 application less. Your opinion is appreciated
