Job Title, salary is that same in 140 and labor

I am looking into using AC-21. I am working for a Big MNC, as part of the HR procedure they said that they cannot tell me the JOB title and Salary details that they used when filing my Labor.
But i have my copy of 140(that was used for filing), my question is that: whether the title and salary mentioned in 140 would that be the same as my labor. Or are they totally different from labor.

Can you please advise me as i am in the verge of using AC-21, i am sure my employer will revoke my 140 asap.

Request your info using FOIA

You can request copies of all the info that are part of your case using FOIA. Search with keyword FOIA to find details on how to go about this. This would likely take around 90 days before you get the copies so do it as soon as possible. I got mine a day or two before 90 day turnaround time they target.

Although I did not use AC 21 I got the copies just in case. Although you might need them urgently, in the worst case you would still have them in 90 days if you submit the request now.
