I am a programmer working for a hospital. Currently I am in the
process of applying labor certification. My attorney is thinking of
certifying the data administrator position, because in the past 6
monthes, another department in our hospital advertised this position.
the problems are
1. the data administrator title doesn't match my current title.
2. the title advertised is an internal title.
Its job description is much like programmer's.
Anything wrong with my lawyer's practice?
