I'm planning to switch my job using AC-21. Now I know that the new Job description should be simmillar to what was mentioned in the labor certification. Does the job title also needs to be the same ?
I'm seeing several job openings with almost same duties but with different titles. I'm not sure if I can apply for these jobs. Please let me know.
