Job Title for new labor application

Hi Gurus,

I have heard nowadays labor dept is very picky about the Job Title mentioned when you file for labor.

What job titles are good in the computer field, so that labor is not a problem?

You mentioned cook and cleaners as the best choices. What's stopping someone from applying through a USC friend or relative (provided you have one who'll do it) as a "personal chef" etc.?
