Job Title Discrepancy

I am working with my present employer for nearly 3 years and I had my Labor/I140 approved with a job title as Software Engineer (Even in my previous H1B my job title was software engineer) Recently I got my H1B extension through the same employer and in that it was specified my job title as Programmer Analyst.
I would like to know if the differences in job title would create any problem with my green card process in future.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

It shouldn't make any sort of difference, as long as your job title was specified as a "Programmer Analyst" in section K of your previous employers section where your current employer is listed.
