Job Title Discrepancy

I have a situation where the designation in labor is a \'Manager\' but my current designation is one level below the manager in our company. I am expecting an interview in Feb and have minimal chance of getting promoted to Manager level in these few weeks.

Could you please advise risks on this ?

I had similar situation,
I was working for same boss .. same work...same salary but our managm\'ent changed the designations throughout the organization,

But I requested HR to give me the letter with old designation and
that was it.

Your employment letter for CP should state that your job title will be Manager after approval of permanent residence application. If your job duties from emp. letter and LC are same / similar that may be ok too. Consult your attorney on the job duties aspect.
