Job Title dilema(labor substitute)
Here is what jon title says on labor certification of Company A
-->Senior Facets Programmer Analysts<--
Here Facets being the term from 'Erisco Facets' tool for HIPPA implementation.

And here is my job title with my current company B
-->Senior Programmer Analyst Or Senior Software Consultant<--
And I do have experience in 'Erisco Facets' tool working with Company B, but the job title or post doesn't spell that out clearly.


Other educational and experience qualification are matching with my profile. Please share your experience on the subject and whether or not I should pursue substitute labor in that case.

HIPAA is an expert area - you will have to show some degree of experience on it. However check with lawyer - it is too close to be answered here.

Kind of certificates/education is taken as strong evidence, otherwise, it could be treated as APPIH.
