Job title --different --important

Gurus,
I am going for CP very soon.The job title in the I-140 petition is different than what I have in the respective appointment letters like in 140 it says System Analyst while in appointment letter it says Systems Executive.
Is there going to be an issue?Please let me know.

better get the employment letter to whats in the 140

dont take the risk, i was in a similar situation but the comp gave
emp letter with 140 title. thats what my lawyer suggested.
