I have filed for 140 and 485 in the rush on 30th Sept 2005.
I just noticed a little flaw. My experience letter from one of my prior companies reads the job title as Senior Software Engineer and the application for labor certification and the LC reads it as Senior Programmer Analyst while duties are the exactly same. This happened because my lawyer (I think in error) put Programmer Analyst on the application.
do you think this could be an issue (for 140/485)?
All of my checks have been cashed by USCIS.
