Job title and description from GC's LC

Guys,

One of my friends with 7 months past RD wants to switch job. He, however, has no idea what his job title and job responsibilites were on LC.

His lawyer has the papers. Can his lawyer be forced to give that information, just in case he does not cooperate? Somewhat similar to what doctors do for our health record.
