I have a question regarding job title filed in LC and I-140 in EB3 and my actual title at work. I am senior apps engineer by profession but my lawyer while filing LC and I-140 ,she put me as an Engineering technician. This decision was taken by her since she felt the wage analyst set high standards and my salary did not match the criteria so the best title for my salary was Engineering technician. I have my LC and I-140 with me right now but I am concerned with such differences affect I-485 process?
Please give me your valuable expertise.
