Job termination on H1-B Visa

I visited out of USA on two weeks vacations. In addition to this I spent three extra day in overseas on a "offical" medical sick leave. I contacted my manager for being unfit to work. Upon my arrival to work, I presented the medical excuse and he refused to accept it. As such I am terminated from work. My company have filled for a labor certification with the Federal Labor department. Do I lose both or just my H1-B status. If I shall file a labor, civil or discrimation law suit on the company, can i live in the country and keep looking for another job, or do i get to leave from USA?

Yes, you lose both your LC and H-1B.

The best strategy for the situation is to find a new job ASAP. Once the new company starts your H-1B, you are back on track. Then you can start your LC process again.
