Wondering if someone has suggestions for me.
I am currently a hospitalist ( 4th year now ) with following GC process in place:
NIW filed in 2004 with approved I 140/pending I 485( 5yrs end Dec 2009) &
PERM/approved I 140 /pending I 485( PD March 2006)
I am looking to switch to Primary Care position with the same employer. Is it advisable. Any issues that might arise at the time of GC approval ?
