Hi,
I have changed my job once in AC-21. I currently got an offer from another company. My GC is still pending. May I request to advise me about the following:
(EB3 -- Dec 2002)
1. Can a person change jobs more than once using AC-21.
2. Job Title on Labor was Consultant . Can the new job title be Manager? The job roles will remain more or less same i.e. IT projects.
3. Can I study for an MBA degree in AC-21 status?
4. With the current speed what can be approx. time to get GC approved.
