My attorney is preparing to file my case under PERM EB3. She said the ad for my job can only have up to 5 job requirements. Can anyone let me know if this is true? I thought I should list as many as needed for the ad. Five requirements are a little bit unimpressive to me if I were a PERM official. If I can only list up to 5 job requirements, what requirements should I use for the ad? Should they be technical requirements or non technical things like problem solving, communications skills, etc? Any help is greatly appreciated.
