Many of the large legal firms who do this on a regular basis would have a list of appropriate publications to suggest as possible choices. If you are not working with a legal team, you likely should be. Just be sure to look at the issues involving several of the law firms who had been overly involved in the process so that you make an informed choice of law firms.
