Job Position title/decription change

Gurus,

I am looking for your opion is it ok if the job position title applied for green card is different than on H1 visa or new offer ?

For example is this ok or would it create any legal problems if the job title "programmer/analyst" used when applied for H1 ( 2years ago) compare or may be not an exact to "Lead system analyst" for the new offer.

Even though the new offer includes all the old job positions responsibilties.


Please post your opionon... is it ok to have different position titles ?

H1 or the job title used for H1 is in no way connected to green card.
