Have an offer from a different company at Dallas, TX. I am wanting to make a job switch. Is it safe for me to do it without hampering my GC process? What are the documents I may need from my current employer/attorney before I leap?
Should my designation at the new employer be the same as my current employer's? How should the appointment/offer letter from my new employer look like as the breadth of my role has increased in terms of my job responsibilites.Any other factors needing to be considered?
