I'm planning to apply for exceptional hardship waiver. The question in my mind is what are the job oppurtunities for H1 visa holders who got their exceptional hardship waiver accepted.. in comparison to H1 visa holder on national interest waiver.Coz i think that health care centres in underserved areas are still going to prefer physicians applying for NIW,as they are going to stay with them for more time....I'll appreciate any opinions on that...
