Job offer date

Hi,

I would really appreciate if someone could please answer my questions below:

I'm expecting a job offer in next couple of days. However, I will not be able to join the new employer because my I-458 has been pending for less than 180 days. They are willing to wait until the AC21 kicks in; however -

1. I was wondering if I can accept the offer now and join them when the 180 days pass. or,

2. Do they have to offer me the job after the 180 days of I-485 pending status?
 
You may accept the job offer orally for now. But accpet the employment only after 180 days and also the offer letter dated 180 days past 485 filing.
