Job offer as a affidavit of support?

Hi friends,
I’m one of the DV lottery winner for 2007 and so happy to have this opportunity to share my information with you and find the answer of my questions in the forum.
I’d like to know whether a notarized offer of employment from U.S. or having an evidence of property is acceptable as an evidence of support or I need a U.S citizen to support me as a petitioner.
If a job offer is sufficient, does the employer have to fill out any form in addition to the offer letter? Thanks for your help in advance. :)

Siamak,
you don't mention whether you'll be doing CP or AOS. The general guideline for both is to show either an offer of employment (the employer needs to give you a letter or similar document), or and Affidavit of Support (form I-134), or bank statements going back 12 months showing you have savings, or a combinations of the three.

Good luck

Barbara
