Job Location change for Labor Substitution

Hi,

Is the following labor substitution case possible? (Assuming the job title, experience, education match).
We have a pre-approved labor for Location A.
I am at Location B.
Location A and B are in same state and 30 miles apart and both are active locations for my company.

Do I have to physically move to Location A to use this substitution?
What are my options?

Please help.

Your Current Location has nothing to do with the location mentioned in LC as it is strictly for "Future Employment".. you should not have any problem !
 
My lawyer is saying that if we decide to use that pre-approved labor (at location A), I would have to move to Location A.
Thats confusing me.
 
Is your position a 'permanent position' at the company requiring you to spend all time at the company location?

Can you not show a consulting assignment at location B while being on payroll at the company in location A?
