Job letter for contracts after 180 days

If you get an RFE for your job does the BCIS care
if its a contract or not? I believe they would but not
100% certain. A contract job letter may say "you
have a contract till blah blah" but I would think the
BCIS want the job termination "indefinite" for approving
someone.

Can you please provide more details like

-- Are you currently on your EAD or H1B ?

-- Are you talking about working for a consulting conpany or are you talking about contract with the client on the duration of the project ?

In my opinion BCIS will care if you are a fulltime employee of the company that is processing your GC and any information to prove that you are and will work for the company sponsoring your GC.

You need the employment letter for parmanent position. You will be at risk if you produce a contract letter. The letter should say parmanent position for continued employment.
