Job in different state after 180 days

My case is being processed in CSC.

If I change job after 180 days and the new job is in different state, should there be any problem ?

Also, if I get a RFE and then replt to RFE with the supporting documents from the new employer, what are the chances that my case will be transfered to the current state ?
