Job description "same or similar" AC 21

How do I find my job description filed with my labor/I-140 to use with AC21?

I asked my company lawyer all the GC paperwork, that smart ass sent me I-140 approval notice and I-485 paperwork but none of it has my job description used for GC filing.

Fortunately I have my job description, which was used for LCA of my H1 with this firm. Is it safe to assume that H1 job description is pretty close to my GC labor job description? and can be reused for filing AC-21?

If not how do I find my job description? I am sure If I ask for labor from the HR they will understand what I am up to.

Please enlighten.

my 2 cents

I think 'same or similar' will be decided on the basis of title, description, category and occupation code in "approved labor LCA750" with title, description etc on your current 'job offer letter' and/or 'AC21 letter from employer to USCIS'

ok.. so If I have description and title from offer letter, can I do a reverse lookup and find code????

or I must ask HR for "labor750" ?

Doesn’t the Form 750 have the most accurate info on the job title, description? You definitely need it, don't you?

Ask them the copy of the Labor certification. They always keep a copy for reference and just incase the orginal get lost in mail.
