Job description for I-140 as a physician-scientist?

HI,
I have a question regarding filling out the I-140, especially the Job Description part ("Basic Information about the proposed employment").

I want to apply for EB1EA and NIW simultaneously. My current job is the following: full-time resident in a clinical residency university-based program, and concurrently I am a part-time research fellow at a different academic research institution.
My whole application is based on my research achievements and the promise to continue my work as an indenpendent scientist after finishing my clinical residency.
Thus, I think I should not put as job description "physician" (which is the full-time employment), but rather scientist (but that's currently only my part-time employment).

What should I write? What SOC code, and what nontechnical job description? What should I write regarding the questions on full-time position, new job, and permanent position?

For the petition type in Part 2 of I-140, I guess this is correct:

if I apply for EB1-EA: A
if I apply for NIW: I

If I apply simultaneously, do I submit two I-140, or do I simply indicate both NIW (I) and EB1EA (A)?
