My I140 & I485 was filed concurrently in June 2003. I was laid-off in June 2004 & my L1 expired in June 2004. But, my ex employer did not withdraw I140, which was approved on in Oct 04. I have now been called for Finger Printing. I got my new job in August 04, with similar designation, same industry & same job description etc
I am told that I will have to fill-in a form at the time of Finger Printing, where in I will have to state all my current & previous employers' details including dates of employement.
Can Gurus clarify below Please :
1) Since, my I140 was approved after I changed my job, will there be any objections ? or as per AC21, I have changed my job after more than 180 days of filing I485 application & my I140 is now approved, there will not be any such problem ? Any suggestions ?
2) Should I now file AC21 application Or I can give necessary details with AC21 application, only if I am asked to do so by BCIS ?
