I have finished FP and reply RFE (reply new I-140 for company ownership change). Of course I have far over 180 days since I filed I-485 in 8/99. I got laid off. I got a offer from a company that will not sponsor my working visa. I want to go there with EAD.
1. I heard EAD just for working part time outside while working with sponsor company. I wonder if I will have problem?
2. I wonder if INS will send me any RFE?
