I received my plastic card two weeks back and I got approved on August 12th.

My sponsored employer is behaving unusual nowadays, is it Ok to change job now (just 2 months after GC).

Is there a time frame to change jobs after receiving GC so that citizenship will not be affected.

PLease advice.

Lot of people have changed jobs immediately after receiving approval. But Rule of thumb is 6-12 months, to show the intention to work for the sponsoring company.

Changing jobs, you shouldn't have any problems. But when you apply for the citizenship, they may enquire the reason for leaving the sponsored employer. My suggestion would be talk to the immigration attorney who helped you in GC.
