I know that this has been discussed many times in this forum, still wanted to double check before I really start the process.
As you can see from my signature, that I have an approved 140 and the 485 is pending over 180 days and mine is an EB3 Labor sub. I am planning to join another company with same job profile and salary.
The questions are:
1. Can my existing company revoke the approved 140 after I leave them? If Yes, then what should be my next course of action?
2. What all papers I should have with me, in case they are needed in future?
3. Do I need to file AC 21 right away or can I wait?
4. What kind of an RFP I might get in 485 pending cases? So that I can take care of the paper works in advance.
I would really appreciate the forums help in these.
