Job Change within the same company

Dear Forum Members,
Here is my current status
i-140 & 1-485 concurrently applied, feb 2004
i-140 approved, got my EAD & AP

I'm planning to move to a different position within the same company. This change needs a job title change (though both are primarily Software developer positions). The Job desciption changes a little bit like C# instead of C++ and additional skills such as XML & SQL. This might be a very trivial question but since i'm ignorant in the legal matters i would like the experts in this forum to share their valuable thoughts. Does this change pose a problem for my I-485 approval?

if employer can give...

if your employer can give EVL (if you get an RFE) with same job description and duties you should be ok.

I agree with arvind. Just sit tight, and any EVL should have the original job title and role (in asked by INS). I would make prior arrangements with the HR/Legal to the fact, so that there is no confusion if and when the situation arrises.
