Hi folks,
Can anyone help with my question? My I140 (NIW) is pending and I have not filed my I-485 yet. I have been a postdoc but I want to switch to industry and I have a job offer. Does any one has any information on such type of job change while NIW is pending?
I know there are some general criteria such as "similar or the same field" but they are not quite clear. I will apply my knowledge of the research projects I already did to my new job but in terms of duties there might be differences.
Thoughts, opinions, advices are appreciated!
