I\'ve filed I-485 last October with approved EB1/OR petition. I\'ve received EAD/AP and finished FP. Recently, I had an EB1/EA petition approved, which is not tied to my current employer. My attorney has already requested INS to substitute new EB1/EA I-140 (self-petition) for the original EB1/OR I-140. She also filed renewal for my EAD/AP.
Question: Do I have option to change employer while I-485 is pending? If so, what\'s the process? Any input will be greatly appreciated.
