I am working with Company A, have I-140 approved and I-485 pending for over 180 days. Now I want to change my job (AC-21 portability) and work with company B as Full time employee using EAD.
This is my concern with above job change:
1) If I get laid off by Company B and also receive RFE from USICS regd last 3 months pay stubs and an employment letter, what should be my action in regard of that RFE since I don't have any job when RFE is issued?
2) If I am not able to find a suitable job in due course of time (replying to RFE within 90 days time, I suppose), what will happen to my adjudication case?
