Job change under pending 7th-year extension and LCA

Hello everyone,

My LCA with priority date of Sep/03 is still pending at State level and my 7-th year H1B extension filed last year is still pending also.

Now a new employer wants to hire me. Will a change of job under these circumstances further delay and/or risk my chances of geeting done with my green card process?
