job change on NIW

I am on NIW under EB2 category. If I move to a new job in an underserved during the 5 years then what happens in this scenario-

If the new job in a new state which has a different service center compared to where the NIW application (140 , i 485 were originally submitted), then at the end of 5 years, when we submit the final evidence where is that submitted, to the original service center or the new service center of the new state.

Are there other problems if one moves to an underserved area job during the 5 years of a state serviced by a different service center. Is changing job 2 or more times during the 5 years while staying in an underserved area considered a bad thing- in that USCIS can look at it negatively.

Also can any one post how the amendment to the previously approved i 140 petition is sent once one gets into a new job under the NIW, so that the old priority date of the i 140 is not changed.

What if the new i 140 filed for a new job is not yet approved and one changes job again. does a new i 140 need to be filed. do all these i 140s need to be approved before the final evidence of 5 year underserved area work can be submitted.

as long as new job is in medically underserved area and qualifies for J waiver just send amended I-140 and u will be fine

hi Kidsdoc
thanks for the reply. i have heard of amended i 140. what does that mean. do you have any further info. the guidelines simply indicate to me that i need to file a new i 140 , just mentioning there that i have a previously approved i 140 and also attaching copy of the i 140.
