I am a physician on H1b visa presently. I also have NIW related EAD which i dont wanna use.
At the present job the circumstances are very difficult. I want to change the job. The contract requires me to stay a certain duration.
What happens if I break the contract in view of these circumstances.
Do you think the employer can ruin the immigration process related to NIW in any way.
What other risks are there in case of a breach of contract.
Does this kind of breach of contract offer long term repercussions on the professional life?
