Job Change/Move - Urgent Please help!

Hello experts

My company wants me to move from one state to another with a Sr. Systems Engineer position (job responsibilities are same/similar to LC and also will be getting more responsibilities) and I want to know whether this would affect my GC Process and what needs to be done with USCIS if I move to different state with the new Title? Please see signature for more detail of the case.

Does Your Labor has work location like various locations in US?
Even if it not if jobs are same or similar you are covered by the AC-21.
