I am currently working with Company A for the 8th year. Filed for extension in September based on LC so currently in status for the 240 days, will be in status until Nov 2007 when this extension is approved.
Company A wants to move forward with I140. But since there were some complications I am currently in EB3 and dates are not current, that means I will have to stay with company A for a couple more years at least. I now qualify for EB2, and so want to move to Company B and restart GC.
My question is - is a job change at this point possible? If Company B is willing to proceed with GC what are the steps that me / Company B can take to minimize the risk of this transfer?
