I recently changed jobs, with the I-485 still pending. Here are the I-485 details : WAC-02-068-54XXX (receipt date 17 Dec, 2001)
Has anyone been in this situation ? If so, what did your attorney do to inform the INS about the change in job
1. Is a letter with Salary, Title, Job description sufficient ?
2. Is any other informtion about the new company required (financial statements, tax returns, background etc.)
