Job change EB3 retrogation!!

I am in a situation where I want to move to another job while my I-485 is pending. My case is EB3 and PD is June 2002. My I-485 filing date is May 2003. I am currently on H1B and I have EAD. My FP1 was done is Aug 2003. I am from MI. I want to move to Texas.

What will happen:

1. If I receive RFE? Where will it go?
2. Will it move to TSC?
3. Can I invoke AC21?
4. What will happen to my H1? Is it worth taking the risk if I have $25000/pa gain?
5. What will happen if I do get contract position in stead of a permanent one?
6. Can I have another atorney working on my behalf while RFE is issued?
7. If the company sponsered atorney do not provide RFE information to my new atorney how can we get the RFE details?

Please someone address my questions. I want to move out to new world but scared as I have a family to take care.

My understanding and experiance gained with this forum below are my answer to your question. Please feel free to comment on this,
First, you have to ask your new company attorney to call uscis to change the attorney to represent your case (change it to new attorney) then
1. will go to new attorney
2. i dont know
3. Sure ofcourse
4. MAN 25K.. cool.. dont miss the opportunity
5. i dont know
6. sure check my answer before
7. attorney's know about law to get the info from other attorney

I am also in same position like js123431 But diffrence is in my LC salary is 80k My new company may not pay that much ,is there any problem with salary wise.
