My 7th year on the H1B just started.
I've a greencard process (EB3 traditional) started during the 5th year.
I want to go to another company.
Is it doable?
I've heard that it's quite doable during the 6th year if you have the screenshot from your greencard application (I have it) and you use it to file for an H1B with the new employer, then file a new greencard. But the previous company must not withdraw the application.
Does this method still apply for the 7th year?
Would it be reasonable to just start a new greencard with the new company (PERM, EB2), provided that they are willing to do it? How long would be the wait in this case?
Any other idea?
