I filed my I-485 in April this year at TSC. My I-140 is an NIW case. Today, I have accepted an offer from another company. I will be doing the same type of job (statistical analyses) in the same field.
My questions are
1. Do I need to inform INS that I change my job?
2. I think I am able to change my job because my I-140 is an NIW case. Am I right?
