Job change: different title/same duty

This is my situation.
I am currently Product Marketing Director for a SW company.
Salary is X
Comapny size is 800 employees with annual total revenues of 80M$.

I got an offer from another company.
Title would be: Senior Product Marketing Manager (instead of current Director).
BUT
company annaul revenues is 5600 M$
Employee: 4500
Salary will increase of 20%.

Summary: title will change from director to Senior Manager (not a promotion) but working for a bigger company with higher salary.

Am I still eligible to file an AC21?

Will this jeopardize my GC process?

Shouldn't be a problem. As long as your basic duties are the same. INS is aware that different companies have different job titles, and don't use that as a classification for AC21, instead all AC21 looks for is job description. If you are doing same/similar job duties, AC21 applies for you.
