Applied for labor from company A with technology ABC. My 140 is approved and 485 is pending for 2 years. Got an offer from company B with technology XYZ, Same designation for both jobs. If I get any query from USCIS for employment letter during the 485 approval, company B will not give employment letter with technology ABC. Company A is willing to continue my green card process even after joining company B. I am not planning to send AC21 letter unless forced to do so. Can company A give the employment letter in this case? Please post your candid advices on my case.
